We had such a sweet time bringing our Lincoln Family together for our first “Build a Lion” Night. We stuffed our new plush freinds, slipped in wishing hearts, strung beaded collars and wrote out birth certificates. It was truly heartwarming to see how long and hard every kid who attended thought about their new little friends’ names! Big thanks to Carmela Cirilli for planning this event, Tara Carroll for making *the* most delicious baked goods, Layne Gehris at Style You Need for our adorable mini-Lion spiritwear shirts, Edana Hoy from BAPL for lovingly administering our “read to your new friend” corner, and every Lincoln parent (60+ of you!) who came to help their student with this activity.
